Liability Waiver
I certify that I have granted permission for David Jones to remove honey bees from my property.
I will not hold David Jones liable for any damages incurred during the removal process, and I understand that though caution will be taken, I am ultimately responsible for any repairs needed, and the steps that need to be taken to prevent further damage from existing hive or future honey bees moving in are my responsibility.
I understand that David Jones will not hold me liable for any injuries incurred from the removal or any attempts to remove the honey bees, neither am I responsible for any damages to his equipment throughout this process.
